With all these being put in place to positively affect the lives of the citizen, this group also has their own role to play. This is to ensure that the government, businesses, and institutions working towards development have the same aim as the citizens who are mostly the beneficiaries of the efforts of the above mentioned persons. The citizen has to aid development by adhering to the nation’s laws and regulations. They must as well cultivate the habit of protecting the properties of state to ensure continuous growth of their own wellbeing without causing any retrogression and making ineffective the efforts of government.
