Governments at some point form alliances to help each other; such alliances in themselves are mostly encouraged. They are also encouraged because of globalization which has become the very bane of living in today’s world. However policies should be put in place to ensure that each country benefits accordingly and the arrangement is not to the detriment of a partner country. At the core of such relationships should be the basic underlying need for mutual gains at the expense of all, equal if possible.
